Orders are shipped from our production facility in Costa Rica.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed in the bottom of the home page. Gourmet Fields Ltd reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for your order after it leaves our warehouse. No returns and no refunds. All sales are final.
Compensation

Governing Law
In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the Republic of Costa Rica shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the Republic of Costa Rica District Court. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

Refund Policies
We thrive to offer not only a premium product, but a premium service able to satisfy our demanding customers. Our shipments are carefully managed, hand packed and quality inspected before leaving our factory.
However, in the event your order was not fulfilled correctly or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately by email at customerservice@gourmetfields.com.
We will fully replace any items you are not happy with or send you a refund.
Gourmet Fields cannot receive product returns or make exchanges.
