We combine our love for chocolate, with a responsible approach to the environment and rural communities.

Our Team

With more than 8 years in the premium chocolate business, we have gained valuable experience on the needs for all those passionate chocolate lovers, which relish high-quality chocolates, and care for the way they are produced.

All of our team and staff, including our cocoa farmers’ network, are based in the beautiful and exhuberant Costa Rica.

Our Cocoa

We only use Trinitario “Fino y de Aroma” cacao, which grows thanks to the unique combination of temperature and humidity of the tropical rainforest and volcanic soils of Costa Rica.

This particular cocoa variety helps achieve the most delicate flavors, while allowing a consistent quality in the final chocolate produced from it.

Sustainable Agriculture

We encourage sustainable agriculture, which means that farm workers follow sustainable practices that protect forests, rivers, soils, and wildlife.

These practices not only improve the quality of cacao but also contribute to ecosystem conservation and combating climate change.

Socially Responsible

As a team, we ensure that workers receive fair wages and improved access to dignified living conditions, health care and education for their children. 

It prohibits farms from using forced labor or hiring anyone under the age of 15. Workers are protected from excessive work hours, wage withholding and other exploitative practices.
